Country directories and global service providers may involve processing outside Australia. Before launch, this section must identify likely countries and the safeguards used for cross-border disclosure.
7. Vehicle documents and sensitive uploads
Do not upload passports, driver licences, banking records or other high-risk identity documents unless specifically requested through an approved secure channel. Initial website uploads should be limited to vehicle photographs, service records and relevant provenance documents.
8. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information held. No online system is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, legal requirements, dispute management and fraud prevention, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

Language and currency preferences

Authorised users may upload vehicle and dealership images and PDF brochures. Users must avoid including unnecessary personal information in filenames, images, brochures, VIN records or supporting documents. Publicly approved listing content may be displayed to website visitors.
