1. Acceptance
By accessing the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms of Use. Additional terms may apply to dealership memberships, seller packages, advertising, transaction or introduction fees and concierge services.
2. Platform role
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Luxurious Car Sales provides directory, advertising, listing, enquiry-routing and introduction services. It is not the seller, buyer, manufacturer, financier, insurer, auctioneer, motor dealer, repairer or escrow provider for a vehicle transaction.
3. Listings and dealership profiles
Information may be supplied by dealerships, sellers, users or public sources. Listing acceptance does not constitute certification. Paid placement must not influence user ratings or verification outcomes. We may edit formatting, request evidence, decline, suspend or remove content.
4. User obligations
- Provide accurate, current and non-misleading information.
- Have authority to submit vehicle, dealership, image, trademark and contact information.
- Disclose known material issues, repair history and provenance limitations.
- Not upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory or malicious content.
- Comply with local vehicle-sale, dealer-licensing, advertising, privacy, tax and consumer laws.
5. Due diligence
Buyers must independently verify vehicle identity, title, finance interests, import status, registration, roadworthiness, condition, odometer, history, provenance and seller authority. Independent legal, financial, mechanical and valuation advice may be appropriate.
6. Fees
Listing, subscription, advertising and other fees will be disclosed before purchase. Any transaction, success or introduction fee must be documented in a separate agreement. Fees are not refundable except as required by law or stated in the relevant package terms.
7. Transactions and payments
The initial website release does not hold vehicle purchase funds. Users must not send purchase money based solely on website communications. Payment processes, identity checks and escrow or trust arrangements—if later introduced—require separate approved terms and compliance controls.
8. Reviews and ratings
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and comply with moderation rules. We may request evidence, reject incentivised or manipulated reviews and publish methodology information. A rating is not a guarantee of future performance.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, content and Luxurious Car Sales branding are protected. Vehicle marques and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies relevant products or specialisations and does not imply endorsement unless stated.
10. External links
External sites and videos are not controlled by us. You use them at your own risk and should review their terms, privacy practices and offers.
11. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, enquiry volumes, sale outcomes, ranking, availability or response times.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or a transaction between users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
13. Indemnity
You may be responsible for loss arising from your unlawful content, misrepresentation, lack of authority or breach of these terms, subject to applicable law and the final signed agreement.
14. Governing law
For the Australian parent website, these terms are governed by Queensland, Australia, subject to mandatory laws applying in a user’s location. Country subdomains require localised terms.

Partner portal and account security
Account holders must keep login details confidential, use the portal only for authorised business purposes and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. A partner account may edit only records assigned to it. We may suspend access, retain audit information and require re-verification.
Approval and publication
Saving or submitting content does not guarantee publication. Administrators may approve, return for changes, edit formatting, suspend or remove a listing. Only content marked Approved & live is intended to feed into the public directory or marketplace.

The local description-drafting tool produces an editable draft from entered fields. Users remain responsible for checking every statement, removing unsupported claims and ensuring the final description is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
